Protocol in our facilities
- All facilities are disinfected daily
- You will find certified hand sanitiser dispensers throughout our establishment; their use is compulsory
- Rugs have been removed from all rooms
- Towels and bed linen are washed at high temperature
- Litter bins with lid and pedal in each room and with double inner bags in common areas.
- Vent filters are cleaned regularly

- Pool and microclimate analysis updated according to regulations.

Protocol for guests
- They will find hand sanitiser in the common areas
- Sanitiser, gloves and masks available to all guests
- Signage in our facilities to ensure that all measures recommended by the competent authorities are respected.

Protocol for our employees
- All our staff are aware of and carry out the health and safety guidelines.
- Our employees constantly disinfect the most frequently used surfaces and common areas in accordance with the recommendations of the health authorities.

- Orders will be served following all safety measures and delivered under a cover
