Caring for our society
We are proactive and we are very connected and aware of the society we live in. We are increasingly sensitive to social welfare and we are aware that if we take care of the present, we will guarantee a future.
It is in our hands to help and try to create a better environment by taking actions such as the following:
What do we do?
We participate in various activities organized in the city, such as the night race of Sevilla, which we also ran in 2022 for a charitable cause, supporting the “warrior” girls in our team who fight every day to move forward.
What do we do?
We collaborate with associations of different kinds, both local and foreign, such as the Food Bank of Seville, the Cancer Association, the Polígono Sur Shelter, or the Vicente Ferrer Foundation, among others.

We help distribute food, drinks, and clothing to the Night Brigade for homeless people in the center of Seville.
What do we do?
We join different waste collection outings organized by Ok Planet Sevilla or the Coca-Cola Foundation to collect accumulated garbage along the banks of the Guadalquivir River.

Every Christmas we organize the Royal Mailman and the solidarity snack so that all the boys and girls in the area can leave their letter to the Three Kings, receive a little gift, and invite anyone who wants to have a hot drink and some pastries. Whoever wishes to do so, can leave a donation that is later used to make a large purchase for the Food Bank of Seville.
What do we do?
We contribute, whenever we can, our grain of sand collecting necessary products after a natural disaster or an urgent need in cases like the earthquake in Turkey, the war in Ukraine, the volcano in La Palma…

We bet on the local economy, hiring local or nearby suppliers, supporting quality products and, whenever possible, environmentally friendly or sustainable sourced products.

We encourage the “zero single-use plastics” policy that we have slowly been implementing throughout the hotel, setting ourselves the goal of eliminating them completely by the year 2023.

We continuously recycle all the waste derived from our activity, and we encourage our guests to do the same by sorting the trash in the different three-phase bins they will find in their rooms as well as in the common areas.

We inform our guests through different signs about the importance of making a responsible use of energy or water, for example by avoiding the constant changing of sheets and towels, controlling the room’s temperature or excessive water usage.

We promote a responsible use of paper, increasingly using electronic formats in their different aspects, or in any case, recycled paper for practically 98% of our needs.

We replace single-dose amenities with dispensers, which help minimize product waste and unnecessary consumption of single-use plastic.
Sustainability Plan
Our team is completely immersed in a Sustainability Plan that, hand in hand with our advisors in this field, helps us learn to be better in this area.
That is why we like to say that we carry out sustainable actions in the broadest sense of the word.

How to be a sustainable traveler.
We want you to come visit us, we want you to know our city, to enjoy it and fall in love with it, but we also want you to do it in the most sustainable way possible.

Here we give you some tips to be a sustainable traveler who cares about the place they visit.
- 1. Inform yourself about your destination. Choose accommodations and businesses with sustainability criteria.
- 2. Use public transportation, ride a bike, and walk.
- 3. Respect the local culture.
- 4. Become aware of your footprint on the planet.
- 5. Consume responsibly.
- 6. Use electronic devices instead of printing on paper.
- 7. Test local shops.
- 8. Take care of your environment. Avoid participating in activities that exploit animals, disturb their natural habitats, or alter the landscape.
- 9. Use free and courtesy resources only as needed.
- 10. Think about small sustainable gestures: reduce energy consumption, do not waste water, always use trash cans to dispose of any waste, recycle, collaborate with the hotel's towel and bedding reuse program, etc.
