Seville is becoming a more and more popular destination for hosting events and business meetings. Our range of Function Rooms is the Hotel Bécquer’s answer to this demand. There are many different requirements: celebrations, conventions, banquets, company meetings, conferences, sample shows… so we opt for the concept of function rooms à la carte. With our personalised modular infrastructure we can compartmentalise the space according to your specific requirements. We have all the audiovisual material you could need: data projectors, laptops, screens and a PA system.

The classroom layouts also include pens, sweets and mineral water.
Types of Layout:
- Classroom + Presidential: with tables and chairs, this type of layout is recommended for talks where the attendees need to take notes.
- Theatre + Presidential: chairs only. For talks where attendees only need to listen to the speaker.
- “U” shaped: a layout in this shape allows us to position the projector appropriately and is recommended for no more than 30 people. For meetings with no chair.
- Imperial table: This layout also allows us to position the projector on a table for meetings with no chair.
- Sample show: with noticeboards at the edge of the room, coat stands and a table with chairs for receiving customers. Strongly recommended for textile and footwear sales people.
