Complaints channel
In compliance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, which regulates the protection of persons who report violations of regulations and anti-corruption, HOTEL BÉCQUER has created a Complaints Channel, establishing an effective system for the management, investigation and response to possible illegal acts that may occur within the Company and that violate current legislation and our Code of Ethics.
Any reported illegal activity that may have been committed by the Company, any of its employees and/or directors or members of its governing bodies, will be treated confidentially and will be rigorously investigated, taking the appropriate action in accordance with internal and external regulations.
