The Manolo Mayo Restaurant is a contemporary restaurant that preserves all the essence associated with the Mayo surname. It offers a product-oriented, traditional cuisine, while also incorporating avant-garde preparations. The menu features most of Manolo Mayo’s classic dishes and successes, such as his renowned rice dishes, the salted and smoked mille-feuille, cod, and homemade foie gras, not forgetting the star of the kitchen: the Los Palacios tomato. Additionally, we present market proposals and innovative dishes, all with a common element: quality product. With a capacity for 80 guests between the dining room and terrace.
