Manolo Mayo Restaurant is a modern restaurant, but it maintains all the essence that characterises the Mayo surname.
Cuisine based on traditional products, but without neglecting the most avant-garde creations. The menu features most of the classic dishes and Manolo Mayo’s greatest hits, such as his famous rice dishes, the mille-feuille of salted and smoked fish, cod or homemade foie gras, without forgetting the great protagonist of the cuisine: the tomato from Los Palacios.
In addition, we have market cuisine and the most innovative dishes, all of them with a common element: the product.
