Complaints Channel

In compliance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, on the Protection of Persons Reporting Breaches of Regulations and the Fight against Corruption, HOTEL BÉCQUER has created a Whistleblower Channel, which establishes an effective system for managing, investigating and responding to possible unlawful conduct that may occur within the company and which may contravene current legislation as well as our Code of Ethics.



Any reported unlawful activity that may have been committed by the Company, any of its employees and/or directors or members of its governing bodies will be treated confidentially and rigorously investigated and appropriate action taken in accordance with internal and external regulations as appropriate.
